I'm Ashley. I work as a CPA by day, and spend most evenings designing canvases with a coffee on my desk.
I started The Embroidered House to make the designs I wanted to stitch: good stripes, favorite treats, and holiday jokes that are just bad enough to be good. Everything is designed and printed here in Georgia.

What am I buying?
An unstitched printed needlepoint canvas to stitch and finish yourself. Product photos show the printed design; these are not finished ornaments.
What does 13 mesh mean?
Thirteen mesh means 13 canvas threads per inch. Check each product listing for the design dimensions and what’s included.
Are threads and finishing included?
Each canvas comes with one tapestry needle. Threads and professional finishing are not included. The monthly club has its own kit details with The Spirit Exchange.
How long until my order ships?
Please allow 5–7 business days for us to prepare your canvas before shipping. Transit time is separate.
